We are already actively preparing for this inspiring journey! Our participants are getting ready, diving into the topic of embodiment and mindful youth work, and the preparation process is already in full swing. We truly believe this will be a transformative and deeply enriching experience. ![]()
Through embodiment, authentic movement, and kinesthetic learning, we will explore how understanding our own emotions and physical presence allows us to connect more deeply with others. This is a space to “spice up” your daily practice with tools rooted in mindfulness, ethics, and safety.
This program is designed for youth workers, educators, and mentors who want to support young people’s well-being in a mindful way. It is especially relevant for those experienced in non-formal education or studying/working in psychology and mental health, as well as for people motivated by movement, dance, meditation, or the arts.
We will be working on this project together with our partners:
Spain – @ComunidadGrowlán
Latvia – @ActiveRainbow
Romania – @Asociația Motănica și prietenii
Netherlands – @Stichting Dar al Yasmin
Greece – @Change Multipliers
Italy – @Calypso APS
Ireland – @Maktub
The project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme.
Stay tuned — something truly special is coming! ![]()
