Starting on August 26th, our team began participating in an international training course in Kaunas, Lithuania , as part of the Tiny Habits project.
Aktyvistai is the host of this training, and together with our partners from Türkiye Deneyimsel Eğitim Merkezi and North Macedonia CrossFit Skopje, we’ve come together to invest our efforts in this important initiative.
During this training course, participants will explore the power of small, sustainable changes in promoting physical activity and a balanced lifestyle. They will dive into Experiential Learning-based education through sports and learn how to apply these methods in their communities. Additionally, the training will cover practical strategies to reduce sedentary lifestyles and stress, promoting overall well-being.
The primary goal of the training is to equip sport project managers, trainers, coaches, and health promoters with the tools they need to inspire positive habits.
Follow-up activities will be planned in coordination with our partners to ensure the impact of this project reaches far and wide.
Stay tuned for updates and insights from our Tiny Habits project!
The project is co-funded by the European Union
