Our youth exchange “Youth Starter – Don’t be scary to BE discovery” kicked off with energy, curiosity, and connection! 
Today in Bialy Dunajec, we spent the day building trust, learning each other’s names and stories, and creating a safe, open space for the week ahead. Through creative team-building and integration games, strangers quickly became a group. 
Step by step, we started to explore the themes of self-care, mental well-being, and how our experiences shape the way we connect with ourselves and others. A warm and reflective start to an inspiring week!
