href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/hashtag\/plugtree?__cft__[0]=AZhSJfhrhyYICx95RWk2TNHaH6tHS7ytj3Sv3pC9zZRq3Cy0h16KnlLiI1MhpG_GqJRPb5YXVGKCmX2g4LB9yBXUqiPSOo0TSy2xd_zqqA8i20LC3IPhBUocnPyY8voCFnv86eDbmiw&amp;__tn__=*NK-R\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">#PLUGTREE<\/a>+, an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange implemented between 14 and 20 June 2026 in Vatra Dornei, Romania, with the participation of 35 people from Romania, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Greece and T\u00fcrkiye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project brought together 28 young participants and 7 group leaders, including 14 young people with fewer opportunities, in an inclusive learning environment based on non-formal education, intercultural dialogue and peer cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83c\udfaf\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tb0\/1\/16\/1f3af.png\"> Project objectives and related activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Objective 1: Strengthening participants\u2019 understanding and critical attitudes towards discrimination, stereotypes and social exclusion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Objective 2: Enhancing the social inclusion and sense of belonging of 14 young people with fewer opportunities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Objective 3: Increasing the capacity of the seven partner organisations to address discrimination and social exclusion through youth work<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\udccc\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tac\/1\/16\/1f4cc.png\"> Main project activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the seven activity days, participants took part in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">workshops addressing stereotypes, discrimination and exclusion;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Human Library sessions based on personal experiences;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">media literacy and fake news activities;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">World Caf\u00e9 discussions and Forum Theatre;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">intercultural learning and country presentations;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Photovoice and digital storytelling workshops;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">the creation and presentation of short films;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">daily reflection and Youthpass activities;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">dissemination and follow-up planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\udcca\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/taa\/1\/16\/1f4ca.png\"> Project results<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through their participation in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/hashtag\/plugtree?__cft__[0]=AZhSJfhrhyYICx95RWk2TNHaH6tHS7ytj3Sv3pC9zZRq3Cy0h16KnlLiI1MhpG_GqJRPb5YXVGKCmX2g4LB9yBXUqiPSOo0TSy2xd_zqqA8i20LC3IPhBUocnPyY8voCFnv86eDbmiw&amp;__tn__=*NK-R\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">#PLUGTREE<\/a>+, young people strengthened their competences in critical thinking, media literacy, communication, teamwork, leadership, digital creativity and intercultural cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project also contributed to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\u2705\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t33\/1\/16\/2705.png\"> greater awareness of discrimination, stereotypes and social exclusion;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\u2705\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t33\/1\/16\/2705.png\"> increased empathy and openness towards cultural and social diversity;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p creation of a European network of young people and organisations committed to inclusion, dignity and respect for diversity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the main outputs of the project is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/hashtag\/plugtree?__cft__[0]=AZhSJfhrhyYICx95RWk2TNHaH6tHS7ytj3Sv3pC9zZRq3Cy0h16KnlLiI1MhpG_GqJRPb5YXVGKCmX2g4LB9yBXUqiPSOo0TSy2xd_zqqA8i20LC3IPhBUocnPyY8voCFnv86eDbmiw&amp;__tn__=*NK-R\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">#PLUGTREE<\/a>+ Toolkit of Inclusive Practices, which brings together methods, activities and practical resources that youth workers, educators and organisations can
